Josh Morris
Co-Founder, CEO

Josh is the dynamic and interactive leader of our team. He is a sales and management professional with over 20 years of experience, expertise, and a proven track record of success within a very competitive industry.

Josh’s background includes co-founding Zacks InvestorReach and Zacks Vertical Reach Media from 1998 to 2009, followed by a key role at InvestingChannel as an equity partner and the Director of Sales, managing the Dedicated Email and Direct Mail divisions from 2009 – 2012 and growing the company from a mere three publishers to over eighty in just three years.

Josh is an exceptional communicator who thrives on a consultative advertising approach. With his unique problem-solving abilities and the ability to aggressively identify new opportunities, he is constantly challenging the status quo to focus on the client’s needs and goals. Josh leads by example, always exceeding all revenue goals, accustomed to shattering expectations.

Josh has the unique ability to manage and facilitate a high level of collaboration amongst colleagues and clients.

We are not certain Josh does not spend every waking hour working, but we are of sound piece of mind should he choose to do so…

Jordan Siegel
Co-Founder, COO

Jordan has a long history in the financial advertising arena having spent 6 years at TheStreet.com where he ran their Ad Operations group and as the founding employee at InvestingChannel where, as VP of Operations, his responsibilities ran the gamut from Sales, Campaign Manager, CTO, Publisher Relations, CFO, IT guy, and more as he built all of the company’s key infrastructure from the ground up. Jordan is similarly focused on building the operations infrastructure at IMS, scaling the network and providing the tools to deliver top performance for advertisers and publishers alike.

Jordan has over 15 years of experience working with online ad serving technologies, building advertising networks from scratch and developing successful ad operations teams.

Chris Oen
Co-Founder,
EVP Network Relations

Chris is focused on building out the Co-Registration network, which provides advertisers with the unique opportunity to advertise on appropriate financial publishers and allows them to engage with their audience on a performance-priced model.

He has over 14 years of digital performance marketing experience. His extensive knowledge-base on how advertisers should engage with investors online helps publishers effectively monetize their newsletter sign-ups, registration modules, trial to paid subscriptions, etc.

Amee Kauffman
VP, Advertising Operations

Amee is based in Chicago and is our Director of Advertising Operations, with a focus on our Email and Direct Mail Marketing networks. Amee started her career working with our co-founder, Josh Morris at Zacks InvestorReach and Zacks Vertical Reach Media. She quickly became an invaluable leader in the company, tackling everything from account management to accounting, as well as developing the skills to manage all Email and Display Ad Operations. Amee went on to develop and build the Network Ad Operations team as the Campaign Director at Dean Media Group, where she managed the day to day Email and Display operations; including campaign setup and fulfillment, processes and systems, and accounting. She recently re-joined forces with Josh as a member of the IMS management team where she continues to utilize her extensive background and expertise to its fullest.

Amee’s 10 years of industry experience have helped her to develop and master the skills she uses every day to help keep the IMS ship running smoothly. Her unique blend of organization, dedication, and humor have helped her to build long-term relationships with her colleagues, clients and partners.

Nia Armstrong
VP, Advertising Sales
(East Coast)

Nia is the Director of Advertising Sales for IMS overseeing all Display, Video & Mobile Advertising responsibilities for the East Coast. Prior to joining IMS, Nia developed the Southeast region and NY agency/client relationships for the RGM Group, a premium digital media firm representing OpenTable.com along with a number of luxury brand digital publishers. Previous to the RGM Group, as Integrated Brand Solutions Director at USA TODAY, Nia played a central role overseeing a team dedicated to integrated, cross-platform programs. Nia has over 10 years of experience in media that includes broadcast, print, digital and mobile successes.

A graduate of York College of City University of NY, Nia lives in north New Jersey.

Richard Vitale
VP, Advertising Sales

Richard Vitale came to Investing Media Solutions after a 9-year career at Wyatt Investment Research, where he most recently served as their VP of Advertising. Over his time there, he built an eight figure book of business selling list media, newsletter sponsorships, co registration, and creative services.

At IMS, he will be focused on sales and client services across all of IMS’ premium advertising media. Richard splits his time between South Florida and Washington DC. In his spare time, he loves to travel, run, kayak, snorkel, and ride bikes on the beach.

Malia Priestley
SVP, Business Development

Malia joined IMS in October 2013 as SVP of Business Development and manages IMS’s publisher development and relationships as well as strategic partnerships. She has over 15 years of media experience, which includes careers at Scripps Networks, MTV, and Sling Media. Prior to joining the IMS team, Malia handled all publisher relationships for Marchex’s pay-per-click advertising division, aka Industrybrains, which focused on Business/Finance markets. From implementation to optimization, she oversaw every aspect of publisher relationships with Morningstar, Reuters, The Motley Fool, Bankrate, Bloomberg and Investopedia, just to name a few.

She is a Miss Porter’s School Ancient and a graduate of College of Charleston. She has called New York City her home since August 2001.

Mike Hansen
Director, Business Intelligence

Mike joined IMS in September 2014 as Director of Business Intelligence. He works closely with the entire IMS team to support and optimize the various advertising solutions. He previously worked for Industry Brains, a pay-per-click product, managing advertising campaigns in the Business/Finance vertical. In addition to managing campaigns, he works closely with the sales team to help prospect and provide support for the next big deal.

He graduated from Seattle University with a B.A. in Accounting and currently resides in Seattle.

Shawnee Swain
Controller

Shawnee is responsible for any and all matters pertaining to Accounting/Finance. She is loved by the entire IMS team and our partners due to her diligence in providing timely and accurate information. She understands that when it comes to finance, people want someone ethical and whom they can rely on.

Amanda Piotrowicz
Senior Accountant

Amanda is an indispensable component of our finance team as Senior Accountant. With a strong background in Accounting, she joined our team in December 2016. Amanda manages our HR/payroll needs for the company with a true passion for the subjects of accounting and taxation.

Rhianna Kalstrom
Ad Operations Manager

Rhianna joined the Investing Media Solutions team in 2017 as the Advertising Operations Manager, where she helps ensure the fulfillment and success of our Email, Newsletter and Web Push campaigns. She has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, having handled everything from Account Management, Accounting, Customer Service, Marketing, and Sales throughout the course of her career.

Rhianna’s excellent customer service skills and humor help her tackle any new hurdle the days may throw at her. She loves learning new things and is always willing to take on any new role or project that’s asked of her.

Rhianna lives in the Chicagoland area, and when she is not working, you can find her at the baseball diamond cheering for her son.

Sean Daly
Director Ad Sales

Sean is the Director of Advertising Sales for IMS overseeing all Display, Video, Native, & Programmatic Advertising responsibilities for the Midwest and West coast. He brings his 15+ years of experience in media on both the agency and sales sides of the business, including success in broadcast, print, data, programmatic, and a wide range of digital platforms.

Prior to joining IMS, Sean had success selling new-to-market purchase data partnerships for both Conversant and Cardlytics. He started his digital sales career at Scripps Networks and then Big Ten Network driving sales for their digital platforms with a focus on in-app and online video. All this came after his time on the agency side working on media strategy at MindShare with clients Unilever and BP.

A graduate of Western Michigan University, Sean lives in Chicago, IL.

Jodi Hartman
Ad Operations Director

Jodi joined IMS in February 2014 and currently serves as Advertising Operations Director, with a focus on managing our ever-growing publisher newsletter program.

Jodi started her career in the financial marketing industry at Zacks Vertical Reach Media, where she managed the day-to-day Email and Display operations and worked closely with the sales team to provide support and guidance throughout their campaigns. After leaving Zacks, Jodi worked at Q Interactive as an Account Executive with a concentration on new Publisher onboarding and ongoing relationship management. 

She strives for customer service perfection and prides herself on the relationships she maintains with both our Advertisers and Publisher partners.

Jodi is a graduate of University of Kansas and currently resides in Chicago.

Jeff Nicholson
Senior Director Ad Sales

Jeff is the Senior Director of Advertising Sales for IMS, responsible for Display, Email, and Mobile Advertising across all our properties. Jeff is a highly accomplished media executive with over 15 years of sales experience. He has proven strengths in multi-platform sales, marketing, and client relations.

Before joining IMS, Jeff held a senior advertising position at Martini Media, a leading luxury digital media company that reaches the affluent audience online via high impact ad units, branded content, and events. Prior to that, Jeff held key sales and management positions at Niche Media, Playbill, and National Geographic.

His first advertising sales job was with Hachette Filipacchi Media, where he rose from classified ad sales to Eastern Advertising Manager of Car and Driver and Road & Track magazines.

Jeff is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and lives in New Jersey with his wife, three children and rescue pup Jasmine.

Talkative 12 yr old wonder, you may know her best for her meows in the background of phone calls, keeping our accountant on her toes, smacking around her pens and laying on her notebook. You could even say she’s the brains behind the accounting operations.

Maddie and Buster, aka Chaos and Mayhem, are Border Collie mutts who enjoy a healthy diet of children’s shoes and Barbie Doll legs. When not digging craters in the backyard they enjoy begging and barking during conference calls.

Bert Morris, Team Mascot

Bert is an English Red Lab, a gentle giant who loves his family.  His strengths include his good looks and high tolerance for kids jumping all over him.  His hobbies include stealing plates out of the dishwasher, trips to the dog park, swimming in the pool, barking at strangers at the door, and sleeping under Josh’s desk.
