Josh is the dynamic and interactive leader of our team. He is a sales and management professional with over 15 years of experience, expertise, and proven track record of success within a very competitive industry.
Josh’s background includes co-founding Zacks InvestorReach and Zacks Vertical Reach Media from 1998 to 2009; followed by a key role at InvestingChannel as an equity partner and the Director of Sales, managing the Dedicated Email and Direct Mail divisions from 2009 – 2012 and growing the company from a mere three publishers to over eighty in just three years.
Josh is an exceptional communicator who thrives on a consultative advertising approach, with his unique problem solving abilities and the ability to aggressively identify new opportunities, he is constantly challenging the status quo to focus on the client’s needs and goals. Josh leads by example always exceeding all revenue goals, accustomed to shattering expectations. Josh has the unique ability to manage and facilitate a high level of collaboration amongst colleagues and clients.

Jordan has a long history in the financial advertising arena having spent 6 years at TheStreet.com where he ran their Ad Operations group and as the founding employee at InvestingChannel where, as VP of Operations, his responsibilities ran the gamut from Sales, Campaign Manager, CTO, Publisher Relations, CFO, IT guy, and more as he built all of the company’s key infrastructure from the ground up. Jordan is similarly focused on building the operations infrastructure at IMS, scaling the network and providing the tools to deliver top performance for advertisers and publishers alike.
Jordan has over 15 years of experience working with online ad serving technologies, building advertising networks from scratch and developing successful ad operations teams.
EVP Network Relations
Chris is focused on building out the Co-Registration network, which provides advertisers with the unique opportunity to advertise on appropriate financial publishers and allows them to engage with their audience on a performance-priced model.
He has over 14 years of digital performance marketing experience. His extensive knowledge-base on how advertisers should engage with investors online helps publishers effectively monetize their newsletter sign-ups, registration modules, trial to paid subscriptions, etc.
Partner, EVP Advertising
Jeff is the Executive Vice President of Advertising Solutions & Sales for IMS and heads up the companies advertising product strategy and sales. Prior to joining IMS, Jeff has spent nearly 20 years in the financial media space including starting and building TheStreet.com’s Western U.S. advertising business as Vice President of Sales, playing a significant role in driving TheStreet to its highest valuation in its history. Starting in Chicago, Jeff's career has also included a decade-long series of roles within Crain Communications’ business publishing group and Grab Media, a premium video content syndication & advertising network.
A graduate of Michigan State University, Jeff is based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
VP, Advertising Sales
Richard Vitale came to Investing Media Solutions after a 9-year career at Wyatt Investment Research, where he most recently served as their VP of Advertising. Over his time there, he built an eight figure book of business selling list media, newsletter sponsorships, co registration, and creative services.
At IMS, he will be focused on sales and client services across all of IMS’ premium advertising media. Richard splits his time between South Florida and Washington DC. In his spare time, he loves to travel, run, kayak, snorkel, and ride bikes on the beach.
Jeff is the Senior Director of Advertising Sales for IMS, responsible for Display, Email and Mobile Advertising across all of our properties. Jeff has over 20 years of highly successful experience in Sales. Prior to joining IMS, Jeff built online ad sales from scratch for InvestorPlace Media, including on InvestorPlace.com and multiple other sites, as well as on their email properties. During his tenure, Jeff helped grow the online ad sales business into a significant and critical source of revenue, increasing multi- million dollar sales every single year he was there.
Prior to IPM, he spent nearly six years as a top seller for The Motley Fool (Fool.com), another top financial media publisher. Jeff’s ad sales career also included a stint with startup Backwire.com and Leap Wireless International as National Advertising Sales Manager, as well as 10 years with the NBA’s Washington Wizards/Bullets franchise as a Sales Manager, where he was one of the top sellers in the history of the team.
Jeff is a graduate of Indiana University and currently lives in Northern Virginia.
Director of Advertising Sales
Gavin is Director of Advertising Sales for IMS overseeing all Display, Video and Mobile Advertising responsibilities in the MW region. Gavin has over 15 years of media experience in both sales and management working at such iconic brands as BusinessWeek, CNNMoney, the Guardian and TheStreet. Gavin is a graduate of Boston College, has 4 wonderful children and when he isn’t with kids or selling he spends time as a basketball coach, playing platform tennis and perfecting his bbqing skills.
Director, Advertising Sales
Nia is the Director of Advertising Sales for IMS overseeing all Display, Video & Mobile Advertising responsibilities for the East Coast. Prior to joining IMS, Nia developed the Southeast region and NY agency/client relationships for the RGM Group, a premium digital media firm representing OpenTable.com along with a number of luxury brand digital publishers. Previous to the RGM Group, as Integrated Brand Solutions Director at USA TODAY, Nia played a central role overseeing a team dedicated to integrated, cross-platform programs. Nia has over 10 years of experience in media that includes broadcast, print, digital and mobile successes.
A graduate of York College of City University of NY, Nia lives in north New Jersey.
SVP, Business Development
Malia joined IMS in October 2013 as SVP of Business Development and manages IMS’s publisher development and relationships as well as strategic partnerships. She has over 15 years of media experience, which includes careers at Scripps Networks, MTV, and Sling Media. Prior to joining the IMS team, Malia handled all publisher relationships for Marchex’s pay-per-click advertising division, aka Industrybrains, which focused on Business/Finance markets. From implementation to optimization, she oversaw every aspect of publisher relationships with Morningstar, Reuters, The Motley Fool, Bankrate, Bloomberg and Investopedia, just to name a few.
She is a Miss Porter’s School Ancient and a graduate of College of Charleston. She has called New York City her home since August 2001.
VP, Business Development
Linda has extensive experience working with independent publishers and investing editors from her years as Director of Marketing and Business Development in Forbes Media’s investment newsletter division. During that time, Linda worked with independent publishers on a daily basis to help them grow their business and develop new revenue streams. In addition, she was integral in launching Forbes’ online conference business, producing events for financial advisors and high net worth investors, while working closely with advertisers to deliver customized opportunities. Prior to Forbes, Linda was one of the first employees at travel publisher Away.com before it was acquired by Orbitz. Linda graduated cum laude from Tufts University and received an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.
Editorial Board Chairman
Craig Walters is the Editorial Board Chairman for Investing Media Solutions and oversees and guides the creation of original financial content for the company. Prior to joining the IMS team he served as Senior Managing Editor and Executive Editor for InvestingChannel in New York and Agora Publishing in Baltimore, Maryland, respectively. For nearly a decade, Craig was with Ferris, Baker Watts, Inc. (acquired by RBC Capital) where he was an Equity Analyst covering diversified technology stocks. He also held the role of Vice President at private-equity firm Calvert Street Capital Partners and was a financial manager at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
Director, Advertising Operations
Amee is based in Chicago and is our Director of Advertising Operations, with a focus on our Email and Direct Mail Marketing networks. Amee started her career working with our co-founder, Josh Morris at Zacks InvestorReach and Zacks Vertical Reach Media. She quickly became an invaluable leader in the company, tackling everything from account management to accounting, as well as developing the skills to manage all Email and Display Ad Operations. Amee went on to develop and build the Network Ad Operations team as the Campaign Director at Dean Media Group, where she managed the day to day Email and Display operations; including campaign setup and fulfillment, processes and systems, and accounting. She recently re-joined forces with Josh as a member of the IMS management team where she continues to utilize her extensive background and expertise to its fullest.
Amee’s 10 years of industry experience have helped her to develop and master the skills she uses every day to help keep the IMS ship running smoothly. Her unique blend of organization, dedication, and humor have helped her to build long-term relationships with her colleagues, clients and partners.
Director of Advertising Operations
Corinne is the Director of Advertising Operations and helps the Ad Ops team on all Dedicated Email, Newsletter and Display advertising efforts. Corinne brings a ton of international Ad Ops experience to the table: her career kicked off in New York, working for Fox Sports, Fox News, TV Guide and the New York Post. Over the years, working in Ad Ops has taken her to MySpace in London and Beverly Hills, Holland.com in Holland, and The Hollywood Reporter in Los Angeles, which is where she currently resides.
Director, Business Intelligence
Mike joined IMS in September 2014 as Director of Business Intelligence. He works closely with the entire IMS team to support and optimize the various advertising solutions. He previously worked for Industry Brains, a pay-per-click product, managing advertising campaigns in the Business/Finance vertical. In addition to managing campaigns, he works closely with the sales team to help prospect and provide support for the next big deal.
He graduated from Seattle University with a B.A. in Accounting and currently resides in Seattle.
Shawnee is responsible for any and all matters pertaining to Accounting/Finance. She is loved by the entire IMS team and our partners due to her diligence in providing timely and accurate information. She understands that when it comes to money, people want someone ethical and whom they can rely on. Shawnee has a true passion for the subjects of accounting and taxation.
Ernie is a French Bulldog who loves treats and licking strangers. His strengths include his good looks and ability to make anyone smile. His hobbies include frolicking in the park, making friends, sleeping under the covers, and chewing on rawhide.
Talkative 12 yr old wonder, you may know her best for her meows in the background of phone calls, keeping our accountant on her toes, smacking around her pens and laying on her notebook. You could even say she’s the brains behind the accounting operations.
Maddie and Buster, aka Chaos and Mayhem, are Border Collie mutts who enjoy a healthy diet of children’s shoes and Barbie Doll legs. When not digging craters in the backyard they enjoy begging and barking during conference calls.
